Insect pheromone attracts roaches to feed on Bio-killer®, introducing the insect virus-PfDNV into their bodies. The virus multiplies and spreads throughout the population, ultimately eliminating cockroaches through a domino effect that provides superior long-term control.
Three-Step Elimination Process
- Trap: Roach pheromone acts as an attractant, luring roaches to feed on the gel
- Infect: Once roaches consume the gel, they become infected with PfDNV, initiating viral reproduction
- Spread: PfDNV spreads throughout the roach population via infected roaches - healthy roaches become infected by consuming infected roaches, while new generations are infected through mother roaches
This Trap → Infect → Spread → Domino Effect process ensures extended control of roach populations, lasting up to 700 days.
